Roles and responsibilities:

Looking for a SR. CRM developer to design, develop, test, and maintain critical systems, while providing production support and application monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Integration: Design, develop, integrate, test, and transition Advisor Compensation systems into production.
• Production Support: Provide daily production support, incident monitoring, and troubleshooting for applications within the Individual Customer line of business.
• Problem Resolution: Identify permanent fixes for application issues, scope the required work, and execute changes.
