**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST**
Our Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for controlling and ensuring the integrity of fixed assets from physical, accounting, and tax standpoints.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain control of communication with the client by channeling information provided by internal departments according to their requirements.
- Timely follow-up on invoicing to ensure prompt payment.
Overdue invoice status tracking.
- Handling, negotiation, and justification with clients (obsolete materials).
- Analysis of the company's sales budget (in coordination with internal departments and KAMs) to ensure compliance.
- Channel product quality complaints and follow up to ensure they are addressed in a timely and proper manner by the parties involved.
- Manage and ensure compliance with agreements between KDC and the client; negotiate required changes when necessary.
