The role would involve supporting customers throughout their journey, handling administration tasks, and assisting the sales and operations teams.

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.
• Providing excellent customer service to customers and agents throughout the order process.
• Processing customer documentation, order acknowledgements and delivery notifications.
