Customer Service Administrator - Temporary
Location: Sheffield
Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility may be required during peak periods, including student move-in and move-out weekends)
Reporting To: Assistant Scheme Manager

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our student accommodation team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy residential scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for student enquiries via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face interactions, directing queries to the appropriate team members where required.
Handling a wide range of enquiries from students, parents, universities, and other business stakeholders.
