Job Description

We are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Poole who are looking to employ a confident, people-focused Customer Service Advisor in their busy head office team.

This is a front line role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers as well as being a point of contact for internal teams, resolving queries, and taking real ownership of their own tasks, from start to finish.

The Customer Service Advisor Role

  • Manage customer accounts, including contract support and renewals
  • Take ownership of customer queries and complaints through to resolution
  • Proactively follow up on customer interactions and identify service improvements
  • Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
  • Log and resolve complaints in line with internal procedures
