Job Description
Support Customer Service Operations on non-critical deliverables relating to order management, line down registration, request for quotes, customer portal updates, and order tagging in system during Goldmine R2 transition.
Graduate of any 4 or 5 year college degree with high relations to business management and/or any related engineering field. Knowledge on basic semiconductor process and terminologies is an advantage. Proficient in Excel. High on written and verbal communications. Experience on Salesforce CRM tool an advantage. Flexible to work on shifts schedules.
