The Counter Clerk is responsible for greeting customers in the store and providing them with quality service. As a counter clerk, you are a reference for customers. The clerk answers all the questions from customers and handles the entire order process, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers;
• Serve customers at the counter;
• Handle the entire ordering process, excluding delivery;
• Maintain the store and the visual of the shelves clean;
• Other related tasks.

Requirements

• Good customer service skills such as interpersonal skills, listening skills and respect;
