Job Description: Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, etc Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for servicing, installation, and repair jobs Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Handle Quotation for customer Follow up on quotations, appointments, and pending customer responses Liaise with technicians, sales team, and operations department to ensure smooth workflow Assists with HR department with adhoc duties Any other adhoc duties assigned Requirement: Able to multi-task under minimal supervision Pleasant personalities Positive team player with a bubbly and cheerful attitude Working Location: Boon Keng MRT Working hours: 9am-6pm for Mon to Fri, 9am-1pm for Saturdays
