Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Executive to support our clients and internal teams in Singapore.

Fresh graduates and candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsAp
  • Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain customer records and support logs
  • Support onboarding and basic user training when required
  • Prepare simple reports and documentation
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with clients

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or support role
  • Good communication skills in English, speaking Mandarin is an advantage
