Overview
ST Engineering’s eServ division seeks a customer service and medical documentation specialist to deliver services meeting KPIs. This role involves managing queries, processing medical reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of cases.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service, receive and manage queries, requests and feedback.
- Support and track submission of reports, including medical reports and related documents.
- Scan and update records, ensuring timely processing.
- Track delays and take appropriate follow‑up actions.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for timely follow‑up.
- Identify cases requiring further medical reviews, track milestones, expedite delayed or lapse cases.
- Monitor cessation and resumption of medical reviews, manage notifications.
- Manage change of appointments with internal or external agencies.
