Location: Taiseng
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support daily order fulfilment activities.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage billing documentation.
Coordinate delivery schedules and handle customer enquiries, complaints, RMA, and claims.
Support the distribution of samples, catalogues, and marketing materials.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service performance.
Assist with customer visits, meetings, stock takes, and inbound calls.
Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
2-3 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or related experience experience in the electronics industry is an advantage.
