Industry: Hospitality
Location: East (Company Transport Provided at Tanah Merah MRT)
5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
Rotating Shifts: 8.30am to 5.45pm / 10.45am to 8.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily villa bookings, amendments, and check-in/out operations.
  • Handle guest enquiries, payments, and service recovery when needed.
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and billing requests.
  • Oversee lost & found items and monitor vehicle registration.
  • Provide guests with stay information and assistance during their visit.
  • Handle feedback, complaints, and incidents professionally.
  • Support Duty Manager and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Customer service oriented
