About the job Customer Service Officer (Billing/Warranty/Admin support)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide operations support to the Singapore Customer Service team for warranty, billing, and payment matters.
- Update warranty tagging for customers
- Maintaining and updating product loan systems
- Data clean-up in MS Excel
- Collating reports and generate Power Point for management meeting purposes
- Any other tasks assigned
Requirements
- 1 year of working experience in admin functions
- Experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel and familiar with handling data sets and Pivot Tables
- Familiar with Power point
