Site 1:

Monday to Sunday & Public Holidays



First Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Second Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM



Site 2:

Monday to Sunday & Public Holidays



8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour shift)



Job Description:

Provide front-line concierge and customer service support to residents and visitors.

Attend to enquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person.

Assist the Managing Agent (MA) with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Support residents with general requests and coordinate with relevant parties when required.

Maintain smooth front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
