Key Responsibilities
  • Support handover preparation and ensure required documents and materials are completed accurately and on time
  • Conduct inspections to ensure units are ready for handover and identify defects for rectification
  • Coordinate with contractors and homeowners to arrange rectification works and follow-up inspections
  • Monitor defect rectification progress and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines
  • Handle homeowner enquiries and complaints professionally and support timely resolution
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handover operations
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
