Customer Service (Order processing/Operation/wine distributor)

Our client is a wine distributor and currently they are looking for a Customer Service to join their team.

Salary Range: $2000-$3000 (depends on experience)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)

• Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Managing office supplies, ordering inventory, and maintaining records.
• Organising and maintaining files, documents, and databases (e.g., inventory, invoices, client details).
• Coordinating with internal teams and external clients, vendors, or distributors.
• Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Handling contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Acting as a point of contact for customers and resolving queries related to orders, delivery, or products.
