What you'll be doing on the job
  • Process mapping of As-Is and To-Be business processes and supporting actions required to close the gap between the current and future state
  • Support manager in ongoing projects and ad hoc daily administrative work
  • Assist in tasks such as testing systems and automations where necessary
  • Construct meaningful dashboards using internal data sources to increase accessibility and insights into productivity and opportunities for operational efficiency
  • Assist the manager to develop, implement and monitor the practice of quality expectation and service standards of the team
  • Support the manager in troubleshooting business challenges, exploring and implementing necessary enhancements or rectification
