Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person regarding services, programs, or accounts Provide information related to licenses, registrations, permits, and eligibility requirements Process requests including orders, account updates, cancellations, and service changes Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, claim results, or service updates Determine applicable service charges and process payments or billing arrangementsAdditional Responsibilities:
