Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person regarding services, programs, or accounts
  • Provide information related to licenses, registrations, permits, and eligibility requirements
  • Process requests including orders, account updates, cancellations, and service changes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, claim results, or service updates
  • Determine applicable service charges and process payments or billing arrangements

  • Use discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Reconcile daily cash receipts and verify accuracy of transactions
