Description
Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily in a call center environment
Assist customers with:

+ Account balances and payment processing

+ Loan servicing questions

+ Statements and account details

+ Titles, claims, and total loss inquiries

Communicate professionally with both customers and insurance partners
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Meet performance metrics for call quality, handle time, and service levels

Required Qualifications

+ 2+ years of call center experience (retail/customer service combined with call center may be considered)
