Job Description

- Salary: 23,000 basic + 3,000 allowance

- Location: Binan Laguna

- Set up: Full Onsite

- Schedule: Night shift

- Set up: Direct Hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role within a contact center or BPO environment, supporting hardware and software troubleshooting with sales experience

- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to explain issues clearly to non-technical users
