Job Description:
Provide customer service and one call issue resolution
Handle incoming phone calls and assigned email requests along with escalated items
Assist participants with registration and log in issues
Help members complete the Survey over the phone
Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ years of experience in a call center environment

+ Demonstrated customer service and issue resolution skills

+ Strong detail orientation and listening skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Castleton, IN 46256.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
