We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on client communication, scheduling, and administrative support in a structured office environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and return calls professionally and courteously
Schedule and confirm appointments
Follow up with clients and messages
Manage communication via phone and email
Maintain organized records and daily administrative tasks
Support the operations team as needed
Requirements
Native or near‑native English proficiency (at least C1 level)
1+ year of customer service experience
Organized and detail‑oriented
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
