Technical Support Representative (TSR)
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative who will provide excellent technical assistance to customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related concerns. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails regarding technical issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
