Location: Portugal

For an international company based in Portugal, we are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
  • Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
  • Document customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain quality and service standards.
  • Collaborate with international teams when necessary.
  • No prior customer service experience is required.
