CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE | REAL ESTATE | MARBELLA

We are expanding our customer service team and are looking for experienced professionals who understand today’s real estate client.

This is not a traditional customer service role. Our clients are highly informed, fast-moving, and expect immediate, knowledgeable responses. We need individuals who can operate at pace, think commercially, and deliver a high level of service from first contact through to property viewing coordination.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in real estate and customer service
• An understanding of the Costa del Sol property market
• Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Confident, knowledgeable communication style
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to qualify clients properly
