UK Shift
5 Days Working With 2 Rotational Offs
Compensation Up to ₹28,000 In-Hand Salary

Key Responsibilities :-
Handle customer queries through chat channels.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Escalate complex issues when required.
Ensure adherence to quality and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria :-
Graduate (Mandatory)
Relevant customer support/chat support experience required
CIBIL Score: 700 or above (Mandatory)
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work in UK shift timings
