We are looking for customer-focused and reliable individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from customers
  • Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Document interactions in the system
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • College Graduate or UnderGraduate(with 1year experience of Healthcare account)
  • SHS Graduate
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
