Key Responsibilities:


- Provide real-time verbal interpretation between LPE customers and English-speaking representatives, ensuring clarity and accuracy.


- Assist customers in understanding complex processes, instructions, or service information with clarity and empathy.


- Partner with the customer team to support interactions across different customer journeys (e.G., support calls, issue resolution).


- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism during calls.
