CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary: The Logistics Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers regarding their shipments, managing the end-to-end logistics process, and ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems regarding orders, shipments, and general logistics questions.

o Proactively provide real-time updates on shipment status, including tracking, delays, and exceptions.

o Process and manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communication with professionalism and efficiency.
