This role directly impacts store ratings, refund rate, repeat purchase rate, and GMV .

You will be the frontline of our brand in the Philippines .

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via:
    • TikTok Shop Chat
    • Shopee Chat
  • Provide accurate information about:
    • Product usage (cosmetics and skincare)
    • Shades, ingredients, shipping, promotions, vouchers
  • Assist customers in choosing products and placing orders
  • Improve chat-to-order conversion rate

2. After-Sales Support

Handle all post-purchase issues including:

  • Missing or damaged items
  • Wrong items
  • Late deliveries
  • Refunds and returns
  • Product complaints
