This role directly impacts store ratings, refund rate, repeat purchase rate, and GMV .
You will be the frontline of our brand in the Philippines .
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via:
- TikTok Shop Chat
- Shopee Chat
- Provide accurate information about:
- Product usage (cosmetics and skincare)
- Shades, ingredients, shipping, promotions, vouchers
- Assist customers in choosing products and placing orders
- Improve chat-to-order conversion rate
2. After-Sales Support
Handle all post-purchase issues including:
- Missing or damaged items
- Wrong items
- Late deliveries
- Refunds and returns
- Product complaints
