Customer Service Representative


What You'll Do

  • Handle outbound calls to carriers for billing inquiries, refunds, contracts, and inventory questions
  • Update trackers and our proprietary Sophia TEM system to initiate client processes
  • Collect and organize information for the client database
  • Escalate complex issues to Billing Support Specialists when needed


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business-Finance, Communications, or English.
  • Candidates with at least 2 years of college and relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years in customer service
  • 3-5 years in carrier invoice and/or provisioning experience
