Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly individual to join us as a Call Center Agent. You will be the first person customers speak with, helping them by phone and providing quick and professional solutions to their concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service concerns
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
- Process requests such as account updates.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
- Work with team members to improve customer experience
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed
