Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly individual to join us as a Call Center Agent. You will be the first person customers speak with, helping them by phone and providing quick and professional solutions to their concerns to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service concerns
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
  • Process requests such as account updates.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
  • Work with team members to improve customer experience
  • Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed
