Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support emergency preparedness outreach efforts in Pasadena, California. This is a Contract position focused on connecting with residents, answering questions related to preparedness and response, and delivering helpful service with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of outbound and inbound communication while keeping accurate records and following established procedures.
