Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions and update customer records as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience (BPO experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with English proficiency
  • Experience handling calls, chat, and email support
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
