The Customer Service Representative for the airline account is responsible for delivering exceptional support to passengers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information regarding flights, bookings, policies, and travel requirements. The role ensures a positive customer experience while maintaining airline service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
