Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling all kinds of customer inquiries, complaints, requests and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries, complaints and requests at first contact following standard operating procedures.
- Coordinates with appropriate support groups for concerns not handled at first level.
- Assists in customer call out.
- Conducts standard and appropriate escalations.
- Assists on admin work.
- Confirms customer satisfaction for resolved concerns.
- Provides feedback to customers through call out.
- Ensure all customer concerns are resolved.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any four-year course, preferably IT.
- Front line exposure is a plus.
