Qualifications / Requirements

  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  • Open to freshers and career starters

  • Assist customers with account inquiries and concerns
  • Provide accurate information and quality customer service
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
