We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Customer Service Representative to support guest arrivals for an events-related assignment in SeaTac, WA. This is a one-day Contract position focused on creating a smooth and positive first impression for travelers. The person in this role will assist with wayfinding, greet guests in the baggage claim area, and help direct them to their transportation with a friendly and attentive approach.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome arriving guests in the airport baggage claim area with a courteous and attentive demeanor.
• Display event signage clearly so travelers can easily identify where to go upon arrival.
