We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email support.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

Document customer interactions and transactions in the system

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when needed

Meet productivity, attendance, and quality standards

Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
