About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Events Support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and is looking to build a long-term career in customer service and client facing roles


You will handle customer enquiries as well as management of current accounts across, phone and personal relationship management ensuring every interaction is delivered with professionalism and care. Full training will be provided, and no previous experience is required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
