Provide product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance.
Maintain database by entering and verifying information and updating contact log.
Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements
and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
and/or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
