Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist clients with account-related questions and product usage
  • Support onboarding of new customers and provide product guidance
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and elevate complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Onboarding, Compliance, and Product teams
  • Collect and share customer feedback to support product and service improvements

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian and English languages are mandatory
