Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valencia, Spain.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Assist clients with account-related questions and product usage
- Support onboarding of new customers and provide product guidance
- Troubleshoot customer issues and elevate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Onboarding, Compliance, and Product teams
- Collect and share customer feedback to support product and service improvements
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English languages are mandatory
