Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Document interactions and update customer records
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Escalate issues when necessary following standard procedures


Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules and onsite
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and adaptable
