Responsibilities

  • Create and send quotes to our clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter and track purchase orders received daily.
  • Ship and subsequently invoice all approved orders for which inventory is available.
  • Generate credit and debit memo requests, as well as process returns.
  • Follow up on all types of requests received via email and telephone.

Qualifications

  • a) Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics.
  • b) Specialization: N/A.
  • c) Experience: Minimum of two years in customer service, order tracking, and resolving inquiries.
  • d) Skills:
    • Proficiency with an ERP system (preferably SAP)
    • Intermediate to Advanced English
    • Organized
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers
