Job Description

The position:
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in an effective and professional manner. This includes capturing and following up on customer orders, as well as responding to phone calls, emails and chat messages, providing solutions and assistance as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Place sales orders for direct shipments. - Tracking of pending orders in the system. - Daily and periodic invoicing. - Review and maintain sales order report. - Manage the record of stocking agreements.
