Job Description

The position: You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in an effective and professional manner. This includes capturing and following up on customer orders, as well as responding to phone calls, emails and chat messages, providing solutions and assistance as needed. We value empathy and customer focus. Responsibilities: Place sales orders for direct shipments. Tracking of pending orders in the system. Daily and periodic invoicing. Review and maintain sales order report. Manage the record of stocking agreements. Requirements: 2 years of experience in customer service. Advanced English C1 or equivalent (Required). Intermediate-advanced Excel (Required). Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Required). Ability to work in a team and independently. Detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
