Job Description

Position overview:

Pass customer’s demand and requirement to related departments and coordinate with other departments to make sure we have available stock to deliver to customer side on time. And high satisfaction level from customer for the services.

Main responsibilities:

  • Get schedules/forecast from customer regularly. Pass schedules/forecast for existing parts to planning team and inform sales for new parts.
  • Lead customer ID and contract ID into ERP system when get new customer information from sales with related teams.
  • Enter sales order in time when get PO from customer and confirm delivery date within 2 working days.
  • Send shipping instruction to operation team per confirmed delivery date with customer. Ensure stock is available to satisfy customer requirements. Inform customer in time for any delay.
  • All customer complaints processed to a satisfactory conclusion.
