Position Overview
Join Autodesk's CSA Scaled Customer Success team, where we create impactful experiences for our customers while supporting increased revenue and company growth. You will manage a hybrid portfolio of accounts—including Territory, Regional (Below $150K), and selected Enterprise customers—and apply a scaled Customer Success methodology through digital engagement and prioritized high‑impact interactions. Working as part of the EMEA Scaled Customer Success team, you will support customers across the full lifecycle (Onboarding, Adoption, and Value Realization), driving higher product usage, customer engagement, and long‑term retention.
