What you’ll do

As a Customer Success Executive, you will build trusted advisor relationships with our enterprise clients, drive higher employee engagement, and enhance overall wellness through TELUS Health's innovative solutions. Your strategic planning, management, and measurement skills will drive business development and client success.

  • Maintain the highest level of client allegiance by developing relationships at all levels within the client organization, particularly C‑level executives.
  • Demonstrate a consultative client approach, building strong relationships and partnership by understanding clients’ needs, cultures, and business issues.
  • Consult around workplace and/or organizational issues and develop creative solutions to those issues.
  • Retain, grow, and manage TELUS Health's large account portfolios.
  • Analyze and interpret data to recommend solutions to address workplace health issues.
