Job Description

Lofty is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help customers succeed and grow their business. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, excellent communication skills in English, and familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. This position requires working night shifts to support North American customers.
